Coaching

Coaching is a powerful, forward-focused partnership – one that creates the space for you to think more clearly, see new possibilities and move towards what matters most to you.

A coach who meets you where you are

With over a decade of coaching experience within a corporate environment, I have worked with individuals at every stage of their career journey – from those just starting out to senior leaders with decades of experience. I have a degree in Psychology and my coaching qualification is recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching, reflecting a commitment to the highest professional standards.

Coaching for everyone

For a long time, coaching has largely lived within the corporate world – accessed through employers, available to the few rather than the many. The value of having dedicated space to think, reflect and move forward is something that can benefit anyone - regardless of time of life or occupation.

One-to-one Coaching

Change has a way of shaking things loose – sometimes that feels unsettled, and sometimes it opens doors we hadn’t noticed before. Often, it’s both at once.

Whether you’re stepping into parenthood, returning to work after a period of leave, finding your footing again after a relationship has ended, or stepping into a new or bigger role as work – coaching can offer something valuable during these moments of transitions. Not by telling you what to do, but by helping you connect with who you are, what you value, and what you want.

How coaching works

Coaching is non-directive. That means the coach will not “tell” you what to do, or point you towards what they think the right answer is. Instead, I bring a rich toolkit of approaches, techniques and carefully considered questions designed to surface new insights and awareness – helping you to navigate your own next steps. Together we explore possibilities, identify what might be getting in the way, and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you – your goals, your values, your version of success.

Practical Details

One to one coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes and can take place in person, virtually, or as a blend of both – whatever works best for you and your lifestyle.

Returner Coaching

Returning to work after a period of leave – most often relating to parental or carers leave – is a significant moment. Time away from the workplace can quietly shift things; confidence can reduce, sense of identify can feel uncertain, and it’s easy to feel a need to catch up or prove self all over again.

Returner coaching is here to reframe that narrative.

Through one-to-one coaching, we work together to help you see this transition not as a setback, but as a powerful opportunity – to reconnect with who you are now, own your personal strengths, and step back into your career with clarity, confidence and a clear sense of your own worth and boundaries.

Whether you’re preparing for your return, navigating your first few weeks back, or finding your feet a little further down the line – it’s the perfect moment to invest in yourself.

Group Coaching

Group coaching brings together small number of individuals to follow a shared journey – one that is structured and purposeful, whilst still leaving plenty of space for each person to focus on their goals, priorities and experiences.

Alongside the insights and awareness that coaching naturally surfaces, you gain access to the perspectives, experiences and reflections of others navigating their own path. That collective wisdom adds a richness that is unique to the group setting – and often sparks new realisations.

Group coaching also suits a range of learning preferences. For those who find energy and inspiration in shared experiences, or who learn best through hearing others as well as themselves, it can be a particularly powerful way to engage with the coaching experience.

Psychometric & Behavioural Preference Assessments

Sometimes, having data alongside the coaching conversation can open a new layer of self-awareness and understanding. As an optional addition to coaching, I offer access to two selected psychometric/behavioural preference assessments.

Saville Assessment Expert Report

A detailed and highly regarded assessment that explores your preferences, lesser preferences, motivations and talents. You will receive a detailed report and insights will be integrated into the coaching discussions.

Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI)

A Crucial Learning product that offers a visually engaging and intuitive insight into personal motivations, preferred strengths and response to others and the environment – particularly in times of collaboration or conflict.

Both assessment are offered at cost and can be integrated into your coaching journey.
